The story
Why Learn N' Succeed exists
For 17 years at Microsoft — ending as CTO for West, East and Central Africa — Marc watched the same thing happen everywhere he went. Smart, motivated people would leave a training session energised, and within 72 hours they were back to their old habits. The content was rarely the problem. The follow-through was.
So he started from a different hypothesis: what fails isn't the knowledge, it's the structure around it. Nothing turns a good session into a changed behaviour. He kept testing that idea after Microsoft — founding Aetheis, helping launch a business angel network in Mauritius, speaking at HEC Paris on tech entrepreneurship, and writing 20 books along the way.
Learn N' Succeed is what came out of it. Not more content — the structure around it: preparation before, a real working session, and Atlas coming back until the behaviour holds. That's the whole bet. Knowledge was never the bottleneck.
