Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Aetheis Ltd (“Learn N' Succeed”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Mauritius under BRN C18158785. By creating an account or accessing the platform learn-n-succeed.com, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Description of services

Learn N' Succeed provides:

  • On-demand video courses on business, leadership, productivity, and related topics.
  • An AI-powered coaching assistant integrated into each course, providing personalized guidance during and after lesson completion.
  • Workbook materials, exercises, and supporting resources.
  • For organizations: custom workshops, cohort programs, team admin dashboards.

3. Account registration

To access most services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information at signup.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Not share your account credentials with third parties.

4. Pricing and payment

For the time being, prices are displayed and charged in euros (EUR). Any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, a regulated payment institution. We do not store your card details.

Courses are sold as one-time purchases granting the access described on the course page. Some offers are available as auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly or annual): you can cancel at any time and access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU + Mauritius)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Mauritius Consumer Protection Act, you have a 14-day cooling-off period starting on the date of purchase, during which you may withdraw and obtain a full refund, no questions asked.

Who you are buying from

For international purchases in euros (EUR), the sale and payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record (authorised reseller) for the transaction. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction itself. Learn N' Succeed / Aetheis Ltd remains the provider of the training content and of these Terms.

When payment in Mauritian rupees (MUR) is offered in Mauritius, card payments are processed via MIPS, with Aetheis Ltd as the seller of record.

Subscriptions are cancellable at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, with no pro-rata refund outside the 14-day withdrawal window (see our Refund Policy).

6. License to use the content

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content for your own educational purposes, on any device.

You may NOT:

  • Share your account or course access with other individuals (one account per person).
  • Download, copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast the video content, workbooks, or AI Coach interactions.
  • Use the content to train any other AI model or system.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying source code or AI prompts.

For team or corporate use, you must purchase the appropriate number of seats via our Corporate plan.

7. AI Coach interactions

The AI Coach is a tool to assist your learning, not a substitute for professional advice (financial, medical, legal, psychological). We make no warranty as to the accuracy or appropriateness of AI responses for your specific situation.

You are responsible for any decision you make based on AI Coach suggestions. We disclaim all liability for outcomes resulting from actions taken based on AI Coach output.

8. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our team.
  • Upload malicious content (malware, viruses, illegal material).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform.

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (videos, workbooks, AI Coach prompts, methodology, design, code, logos) is the exclusive property of Aetheis Ltd or its licensors. The Learn N' Succeed name and logo are registered trademarks.

The 3-phase methodology (Preparation / Workshop / Follow-up) and the AI-Coach-driven forgetting-curve framework are proprietary methodologies of Aetheis Ltd.

10. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms. In case of termination due to violation, no refund will be issued.

You can close your account at any time from your settings, or by emailing hello@learn-n-succeed.com. Closure is effective within 7 days.

11. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, third-party outages (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, MIPS, Paddle) may temporarily affect the service. We are not liable for losses caused by such interruptions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will first be addressed amicably. Failing amicable resolution within 60 days, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Port Louis, Mauritius.

For EU consumers, you retain the right to bring action in your country of residence under applicable consumer-protection laws, including via the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
