An OKR is an objective paired with two or three measurable key results that prove it has been reached. The objective says where to go; the key results say how you will know you got there. Example: "Make acquisition predictable by the end of the quarter", measured by "go from 12 to 18 qualified leads per month".

Atlas is the AI coach built into every Learn N' Succeed course. It does not hand you an answer: it asks about your real situation until your goal becomes measurable, then writes a deliverable with you — an OKR, a plan, a decision. It then comes back on days 3, 7 and 30.

The Application Loop is the Learn N' Succeed method: a short lesson, an Atlas session on your real case that produces a written deliverable, then three check-backs on days 3, 7 and 30. It is calibrated on the forgetting curve, replicated in 2015 (Ebbinghaus; Murre & Dros, 2015).

A deliverable is the written document you leave a session with: an OKR, a launch plan, a settled decision. It is neither a certificate nor lecture notes — it is a text you can use as-is in your job the next day, and it stays yours.
